Where should I park?
There is limited parking available at the theater. Overflow parking is available directly below the theater at the Macon County Recreational Park. Shuttle service is available for some shows. Please call ahead to determine if the shuttle is operating for a certain show.

I was a few minutes late to a show and had to wait to be seated, why?
Out of respect for our performers, other patrons and to ensure everyone's safety the theater has the right to hold entry to those arriving late to a show. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of a show to ensure plenty of time to find parking and find your seats.

What is the theater's policy on inclement weather?
If there is inclement weather the day of a show, the SMCPA will make a decision as soon as possible if the show will continue or not. If a show is cancelled, it will be posted on our website and our marquee. We will also do our best to contact our patrons prior to the show and refunds will be given for that show. If the show does go on, so do our expenses, therefore, no refunds will be given for those not able to attend.

What should I do if I can't use my tickets?
If you are not able to come to a show or have extra tickets we encourage you to give your tickets to friends or family members so they may attend and enjoy the show. If you're not able to give the tickets away, the SMCPA can exchange the tickets 7 days prior to the show date for tickets to another show. No exchanges will be given within 7 days of the show date.

What accommodations do you provide for guests with disabilities?
The SMCPA has eight seats designated specifically for those in wheelchairs. Please indicate when purchasing tickets that you will need one of these seats. We also have assisted listening devices available in our box office. The SMCPA can also provide interpreters for the hearing impaired if given at least two weeks notice.

Why do my seat numbers appear to skip seats?
One side of our theater has odd numbered seats and the other side has even. For example, Seat #'s 115, 117 & 119 are together and 114, 116 & 118 are together.
