The makeup of Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver has changed a lot over the past 30 years, and though coming and going band members have changed the sound a bit, Doyle Lawson has made sure that the audience always gets what is comes for: Gospel music at its best-with some foot-stomping bluegrass on the side. Although the band has recorded some secular music, Lawson sees to it that the band's message of faith and salvation remains the same. |
